We will always make our best efforts to deliver your order to the address you provide. It is very important that you provide delivery addresses that are correct and complete. Where incorrect delivery information has been provided we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect, failed, or non-delivery. Please provide additional instructions for difficult to find addresses. In some cases the, the courier will need to call the recipient to confirm details and co-ordinate delivery to ensure the goods are received on the date intended.
It is our priority to deliver your order in person to the intended recipient. However, where delivery is made to a business, the flowers may be delivered to reception, or received by the Security Reception of the building if access in denied. For hospital deliveries should go to the bedside, but some hospitals accept delivery at reception or a nurse’s desk. For residential deliveries when no one is home, our couriers are instructed to first call the recipient to discuss alternative recipients in the nearby area (e.g. neighbour, friend). However if the courier is unable to get hold of intended recipient, the courier has been instructed to leave the flowers at a neighbour and send a message to the recipient informing them thereof. If no alternative recipient is available to receive the flowers, the courier is instructed to return the flowers to The Rose Cafe. A message is sent to the recipient informing them thereof to arrange collection from the studio.
At The Rose Cafe we offer same day delivery Monday to Friday. Saturday’s deliveries have to be placed on Fridays. Please Note we are closed Sundays and Public Holidays. Deliveries to all serviced areas are available same-day as long as the order is placed before 12pm via the phone or email. Orders placed after 12pm, will be delivered the following day.
We are located in Milnerton, Cape Town, Western Cape South Africa. From our Studio we offer same day delivery within a 30km radius.
Our standard delivery times are Monday to Friday from 12hoo – 16h00 on the intended delivery date or Saturdays from 10hoo-13hoo. On our standard delivery service, we will make every effort to deliver to schools before 3pm, business and residential addresses before 5pm. Special delivery time requests will be taken into consideration and we will try to honor the request, however cannot be guaranteed.
Please be aware that due to factors outside of our control (such as considerable traffic delays) our couriers may need to contact the recipient to get a forwarding address to ensure delivery on the intended or following day.
